This embellished party hat features sequin fabric in chameleon green . It is further covered with matching sequin and rhinestone trim and Dark Green and Crystal jewellery findings. The overall hat colour very much depends on the light, it literally both green and blue, but with many shades. The base of the hat is made from quality wool mix fabric with a leather band inside the rim.
